根据《农田建设项目管理办法》（农业农村部令2019年第4号）、《山西省农业农村厅关于做好2020年利用社会资本投资参与高标准农田建设的通知》（晋农建发〔2020〕10号）、《山西省农业农村厅关于2023年农田建设任务的通知》（晋农建发〔2023〕1号）及省厅农田建设管理处有关精神，市农业农村局作为项目审批主体，组织专家组对河曲县农业农村局上报的拟在河曲县实施的2023年度社会资本参与高标准农田建设项目初步设计报告进行审核，根据专家评审意见，现将评审通过的项目情况予以公示。
公示期5个工作日，11月17日至11月23日。对公示项目有异议的单位或个人，请在公示期内以实名、书面形式向忻州市农业农村局反映。
